1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," "your") and betgames ("betgames," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online betting and gaming platform accessible at betgames-jit.com. By accessing the betgames platform, creating an account, depositing funds or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety and agree to be bound by them.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and betgames. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any promotional material or bonus terms published on betgames, these Terms take precedence unless the specific promotion explicitly states otherwise.

2. Account Registration

To use betgames fully — including placing bets, playing casino games and making deposits or withdrawals — you must register for an account. The registration process on betgames requires you to provide accurate, current and complete information including your full name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile phone number and a valid email address.

2.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active betgames account. Operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using the details of another person — is a serious violation of these Terms. betgames monitors account activity and reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, withhold any balances held in those accounts, and permanently ban the associated player from the platform.

2.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your betgames login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone, including friends or family members. betgames will never ask for your password through any channel. If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, contact betgames support immediately and change your password. Any bets or transactions placed using your betgames account credentials are your responsibility regardless of whether you personally authorised them.

2.3 Verification

betgames may at any time request that you verify your identity by providing documentation such as a copy of your CNIC, proof of address or proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete a requested verification within a reasonable period may be suspended pending resolution. Unverified accounts will not be permitted to process withdrawals above Rs 10,000.

3. Age Eligibility & Jurisdiction

You must be at least 18 years of age to register for a betgames account or to use any part of the betgames platform. betgames operates a strict minimum age policy and will take action against any account found to be operated by or on behalf of a person under the age of 18. This includes voiding all bets placed and returning the net deposit balance minus any withdrawals already made.

The betgames platform is intended for use by players located in Pakistan. By registering, you confirm that you are resident in Pakistan and are accessing betgames from Pakistan. It is your responsibility to determine whether using betgames is lawful in your specific location. betgames makes no warranty that the platform is appropriate for use in any jurisdiction other than Pakistan and accepts no liability for any consequences arising from use of the platform in a restricted jurisdiction.

4. Deposits & Payment Methods

betgames accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following approved payment methods:

• NayaPay – Digital wallet
• SadaPay – Digital wallet
• IBFT Bank Transfer – Direct bank-to-bank transfer

4.1 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on betgames is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by betgames, though your payment provider may have its own transaction limits. betgames does not charge any fees on deposits. Any fees charged by your bank or mobile wallet provider are your own responsibility.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via Easypaisa and JazzCash are credited to your betgames account instantly in the vast majority of cases. Bank transfers (IBFT) may take up to two hours during business hours. betgames is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider's systems or network issues. If a deposit has not appeared in your betgames account within the expected timeframe, please contact support with the transaction reference number.

4.3 Your Own Funds

You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Depositing on behalf of another person, using third-party payment accounts or depositing funds obtained from illegal sources is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and referral to relevant authorities.

5. Withdrawals

betgames is committed to processing withdrawal requests as quickly as possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. There are no fees charged by betgames on any withdrawal regardless of the method or amount.

5.1 Withdrawal Processing Times

• Easypaisa / JazzCash: Typically processed within 5 minutes, 24 hours a day
• NayaPay / SadaPay: Typically processed within 15 minutes
• IBFT Bank Transfer: Up to 24 hours during banking business hours
• Visa / Mastercard: 1–3 business days depending on issuing bank

5.2 Withdrawal Method Matching

betgames follows a same-source withdrawal policy. This means your withdrawal will be returned to the same payment method used to make your most recent deposit, up to the amount deposited via that method. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and is a standard industry requirement. Any remaining balance may be withdrawn to an alternative approved method at your request.

5.3 Withdrawal Verification

betgames may request identity verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals or amounts above Rs 50,000. This is a standard anti-fraud measure. Providing accurate documentation promptly will ensure your withdrawal is processed without delay. Accounts that fail to complete verification after a withdrawal request has been submitted may have the request held pending resolution.

6. Betting Rules

All bets placed on betgames are subject to the following general rules. Sport-specific rules are published separately within the betgames platform for each sport and market type. In the event of a conflict between these general rules and the sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules take precedence.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is confirmed only once betgames has issued a bet confirmation reference number. Bets that are submitted but not confirmed — for example due to a network interruption or system error — are not valid. betgames reserves the right to refuse any bet, in whole or in part, without stating a reason. This may apply where the stake exceeds betgames' liability limits for a given market or where the bet would create an unusual risk exposure.

6.2 Errors in Odds

betgames makes every effort to ensure that published odds are accurate. Where an obvious error in odds has occurred — for example, a market is published with odds that are clearly far outside realistic market range — betgames reserves the right to void bets placed at the erroneous price. Players who knowingly exploit obvious pricing errors will have their bets voided and may face account suspension.

6.3 In-Play Betting

In-play bets on betgames are accepted at the prices displayed at the moment the bet is submitted. During live events, odds change rapidly. betgames cannot guarantee that odds shown during the submission process will remain available by the time the bet is processed. If the odds have changed, the bet may be rejected or an alternative price offered depending on your betgames in-play settings. betgames accepts no responsibility for delays in internet connectivity that result in a bet being placed at an unintended price.

6.4 Abandoned and Void Events

• If a sports event is abandoned before the minimum required play has been completed, all pre-match bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• In-play bets already settled before abandonment stand.
• Cricket matches reduced by weather are settled on DLS result where a valid result is declared. If no result is declared, stakes are returned.
• For football, 90 minutes of regulation play must be completed for most markets to stand.

6.5 Maximum Winnings

betgames applies maximum win limits per bet and per day across all sports markets. The applicable limit is displayed in the bet slip before confirmation. Where a bet is settled above the applicable limit due to a system error, betgames reserves the right to reduce the payout to the stated maximum.

7. Casino & Games Rules

The betgames casino section includes slots, live dealer games, Aviator, Ludo, Fishing Games and other instant-win products. All casino games are provided by licensed third-party game developers. The outcome of each round is determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical dealing equipment managed by trained human dealers.

7.1 RTP and Game Fairness

Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each casino game are published within the game's information panel on betgames. These figures are independently verified and represent the theoretical long-term return to players. Individual session results will vary significantly from the published RTP figure, which is calculated over millions of game rounds.

7.2 Technical Malfunction

In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a casino game, all bets and payouts related to the affected game round may be voided. This includes game freezes, connection failures between the betgames platform and the game server, and incorrect payout displays. betgames will investigate all reported malfunctions and communicate outcomes to affected players via the registered email address.

7.3 Aviator Game

Aviator is a crash-style multiplier game. The multiplier rises until the plane flies away. If you do not cash out before the plane flies, your bet is lost. betgames is not responsible for any outcome resulting from a player's failure to cash out in time due to their own device, internet connection or reaction time. The Aviator game uses provably fair technology that allows results to be independently verified after each round.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

betgames offers bonuses and promotions to registered players from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds and expiry dates. These specific promotion terms are published alongside each offer on betgames. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise.

8.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your betgames account must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn as cash. The wagering requirement and eligible markets are stated in the individual promotion terms. Bets placed on markets with odds below 1.50 (decimal) do not count towards wagering requirements unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.

8.2 Bonus Abuse

betgames monitors bonus usage patterns. Activities that betgames considers to constitute bonus abuse include but are not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using arbitrage strategies funded by bonus funds, placing bets on all outcomes of an event to guarantee clearing a wagering requirement, and colluding with other players to share bonuses. Any player found engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonuses voided and may face permanent account suspension.

8.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonus funds and free bet credits on betgames expire after the period stated in the individual promotion terms, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of issue. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated. Wagering requirements must be completed before the expiry date; partial completion does not result in a partial cash conversion.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on betgames. Any player found to be engaging in these activities will have their account suspended pending investigation, may have balances forfeited, and may be reported to relevant legal authorities.

• Fraud Using fraudulent, stolen or falsified payment methods to deposit funds.
• Match Fixing Placing bets on events where you have advance knowledge of a fixed or manipulated result.
• Collusion Coordinating with other players or insiders to gain an unfair advantage on betgames.
• Arbitrage Systematic use of multiple accounts or platforms to guarantee profits regardless of outcome.
• Bot / Script Using automated software, bots or scripts to place bets or interact with betgames.
• Money Laundering Using betgames to process, conceal or legitimise funds obtained through illegal activity.
• Underage Allowing or facilitating access to betgames by persons under 18 years of age.
• Insider Info Placing bets using material non-public information about an event's outcome.

betgames cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies in investigations related to any of the above. Player data may be disclosed as required by law without prior notice to the account holder.

10. Account Suspension & Closure

betgames reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any player account at any time and for any reason, with or without notice. Common reasons for suspension include but are not limited to: suspected fraud, suspected bonus abuse, unresolved verification requirements, suspected underage play, breach of any provision of these Terms, and technical or security concerns.

10.1 Player-Initiated Closure

If you wish to close your betgames account voluntarily, please contact the support team. Any settled winnings remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered withdrawal method within the standard processing timeframe, provided all verification requirements have been met and no outstanding investigations are pending.

10.2 Self-Exclusion

betgames offers a self-exclusion tool as part of its responsible gaming framework. If you self-exclude, your betgames account will be suspended for the period you select (minimum 6 months). During self-exclusion, you will not be able to log in, deposit or place bets. betgames will also remove you from all marketing communications. • betgames is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of opportunity or indirect loss arising from your use of the platform.

• betgames is not responsible for any third-party game server outage that results in an interrupted game session.
• betgames' total liability to any individual player in any calendar month will not exceed the net deposits made by that player during the same period.

Nothing in these Terms limits betgames' liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our own negligence, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.

14. Changes to These Terms

betgames reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, betgames will notify registered players via the email address on file and will publish the updated Terms on this page with the revised effective date. Changes take effect 14 days after notification unless the change is required by law or addresses a security issue, in which case it may take effect immediately.

Your continued use of betgames after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using betgames and request account closure before the change takes effect. Funds in your account will be returned as described in Section 10.1.
